Organic Ghee Clarified Butter
Carrington Farm's Organic Ghee is a great alternative to butter! Ghee is known from ancient India to have Ayurvedic properties and contains Vitamin A, D and E.
• Ghee is a clarified butter that contains Linoleic Acid to help balance cholesterol levels
• Known to reduce inflammation and increase energy
• Contains no casein, whey, or lactose
Carrington Farms traditional style ghee is typically in a semi solid state at room temperature. Sometime the ghee can be more solid or liquid depending on the temperature but whether it is liquid or solid it is always delicious! If your ghee has liquified too much for your liking, you can return it to its semi-solid state by following these simple steps.
1. Gently heat the ghee so that it is completely liquified. You can do this in a hot water bath or by quickly microwaving (30 second intervals) and stirring it.
2. Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
