Easy Keto Recipes + Snacks in Bulk

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacktime ideas to keep you on the keto track.

Keto. It’s what everyone is talking about. But what does it mean? Keto stands for ketogenic. The combination of reducing your carbs by replacing with fats should put your body in a state known as ketosis. This leads to your body more efficiently burning fat. Simply put, a keto diet is high-fat, low-carb. Health benefits could include weight-loss and more long term positive effects against diabetes and cancer.

All sounds good! So how do you get started? First, cut out foods higher in carbohydrates like soda, grains, starches, beans, root vegetables and highly processed foods. Instead, eat more high fat foods to get your body groovin' into ketosis. Replace those carbs with more meat, fish, eggs, cheese, nuts, oils and low-carb veggies.

We’ve got super easy recipes and snacks so you can start the keto diet with a stocked pantry.
