Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Prince & Spring Almond Butter

• 2 cans Prince & Spring Canned Chicken

• 2 Tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• 2 tsp Calavita Red Wine Vinegar

• 1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

Morton Sea Salt to taste

McCormick Black Pepper to taste

• 2 Tbsp Diamond of California Sliced Almonds


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients up to sliced almonds.
  2. Top with sliced almonds.
  3. Enjoy that ketosis feeling as you enjoy in the delightfully smooth, yet tangy taste.

Sunrise Keto Pancakes

Wake up and make these filling and keto following pancakes. One warning, these ketogenic goodness are so delicious you'll be waking up early just to make more next weekend.

Ingredients

• 3/4 C Califia Farms Unsweetened Almond Milk

• 1/4 C BetterBody Foods Avocado Oil

• 2 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Exact

• 2 1/2 cups Nature Eat's Blanched Almond Flour

• 2 tsp Baking Powder

• 2 Tbsp Prince & Spring Almond Butter

• 1 tsp Navitas Organic Cocoa Powder



Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth and let rest.
  2. Heat up a large pan over medium.
  3. Use ¼ measuring cup for each pancake and place in a greased non-stick pan over medium – low heat until the bubbles appear. Flip and cook until set, about 2 minutes. 
  4. Eat all the keto pancakes you can!



Oh My Matcha Ketogenic Latte

This green tea powder drink provides a refreshing twist for the afternoon caffeine break.

Ingredients

2/3 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk

1/3 cup Califia Farms Almond Milk

1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder

• Couple shakes of McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

2 Packets Zing Stevia Sweetener


Directions

  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice. That's it!

Ingredients

• 3 bags of Gefen Cooked Beets

• 1 Tbsp McCormick Turmeric

• 2 Tbsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese



Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients together.
  2. Cook for 5 - 10 minutes in toaster oven at 375º.
  3. Serve alongside your fave keto meal.
