Cranberry-Cilantro Salsa with Cream Cheese Spread
Shimmering cranberry salsa tops the green onion-enhanced creame cheese layer in this festive spread.

Ingredients:
- 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh cranberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large jalepeno pepper, seeded
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- Keebler Club Original Crackers
Directions:
- In food processor, combine cranberries, sugar, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and ginger. Cover and process until finely chopped. (No not over process). Stir in cilantro.
- Stir together cream cheese and onions. Spread into an 8-inch circle on serving plate. Spoon cranberry mixture onto top of cream cheese mixture. Arrnage Keebler Club Original crackers around spread. Serve immediately.
Warm Cranberry-Glazed Brie
What's Thanksgiving without baked brie? This take on tradition includes lots of warm cranberries so you can steep in the flavors of the season.

Ingredients:
- 1 round (8 oz.) Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon grated gingerroot
- 1/4 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/8 teaspon allspice
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachio nuts, hazelnuts, or pecans, toasted
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 40 Keebler Toasteds Crackers
Directions:
- With a sharp knife, cut circle in top of rind of cheese, leaving 1/4-inch border around top of cheese. Carefully remove center circle of rind and discard. Do not cut side of rind. Place cheese in a 9-inch pie plate.
- In a small bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, ginggeroot, orange peel, and allspice. Spoon onto center of cheese round.
- Bake at 350F for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese softens.
- Sprinkle with nuts and chives and serve with Keebler Toasteds.
