Directions:
- Combine all canned ingredients in a sauce pan.
- Simmer over medium heat until chicken is warm.

Directions:
- Boil pasta as directed on box.
- While the pasta is boiling, boil fresh broccoli until it’s just cooked.
- Combine the pasta and broccoli, stirring in the cheese sauce.
- Heat chicken on high in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, or until warm.
