Cinco de Mayo Shrimp Taco Recipe

Ingredients
- Fresh shrimp (or use your favorite seafood like snapper, scallops or lobster)
- Taco seasoning (from Old El Paso Dinner Kit)
- Prince & Spring Vegetable Oil
- Old El Paso hard and soft taco shells (from Old El Paso Dinner Kit)
- Old El Paso Refried Beans
- Goya Black Beans
- Kumana Avocado Sauce
- Tostitos Chunky Salsa
- Cholula Hot Sauce
- Limes
Directions
- Toss shrimp in taco seasoning, then sauté in a small amount of oil a for 1 minute on each side until cooked.
- Warm through taco shells and refried beans, then layer beans, shrimp and salsa over taco shells.
- Serve with avocado sauce, salsa, hot sauce and limes.
