We tracked down the 7 best detox juicing recipes for a week’s worth of fruit and vegetable juices. Ready, set, juice!

1. Clear Skin Juice Recipe

Celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas loves juicing and recommends this beauty juice recipe to all her A-list clients.

  • 4 carrots
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1/2 apple

1. Juice all the ingredients and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

2. Winter Root Juice Recipe

Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead’s Joe Cross shares a surprisingly delicious juice recipe for using up those leftover root vegetables lurking in the back of your fridge.

  • 4 white carrots
  • 1 small celeriac bulb, remove the top and bottom before putting through juicer
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 apple
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 2 chard leaves
  • 1 handful of parsley

1. Wash all produce well.

2. Remove the top and bottom of the celeriac bulb and core the apple.

3. Add all ingredients through the juicer and enjoy!

3. Hot ‘n’ Spicy Juice Recipe

Juice Master Jason Vale’s Hot ’n’ Spicy juice is the perfect winter warmer. Apples are one of the finest anti-cancer and health promoting fruits. The pectin found in the apple sweeps up and sucks out toxic waste from the intestine. The humble apple also has the ability to flush out the liver and kidneys and helps keep the skin hydrated.

  • 3 apples
  • 1 good pinch of cinnamon

1. Juice the apples and pour into a saucepan. Slowly heat but do not boil.

2. When nice and hot, pour into mug, add cinnamon and get cosy!

4. Veggie Mix Detox Juice Recipe

This vitamin-packed detox juice from All About Juicing will have you rethinking vegetable juices.

  • 3-4 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ beet
  • 2 broccoli florets
  • ½ lemon

1. Juice all the ingredients and enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

5. Natural Energy Green Juice Recipe

After a big week, reenergize with this nourishing green juice from the Blender Babes.

  • 1 1/2 cups filtered or coconut water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice (optional)

1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid. Blend with or without ice.

6. Green Juice Recipe

Hail the kale with this ultimate green juice recipe from Healthy Green Kitchen.

  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 1 head California endive, ends trimmed off
  • 4 organic kale leaves
  • 2 organic green apples
  • 1 lemon, preferably a Meyer lemon
  • 1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger

1. Slice ingredients into small pieces, then process through your juicer. Stir to combine; the juice is best when served right away. If you want to store all or part of your juice for later in the day (or for 24 hours max), transfer it to a glass jar (an opaque jar is even better than a clear glass one), fill to the very top, and cover tightly. The less the juice is exposed to air, the better it will be preserved.

7. Weight Loss Juice Recipe

Nutrition coach Linda Wagner recommends this fat flushing recipe for kickstarting your metabolism.

  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 head romaine lettuce

1. Run all ingredients through a juicer and enjoy!
